As Eid Al-Adha approaches, Help for Orphan Children Organization will be distributing Qurbani to families and orphans in need in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Qurbani, meaning sacrifice, is a fundamental part of Eid Al-Adha for Muslims. Qurbani, is a time where Muslims reflect on the sacrifice that Prophet Ibrahim (AS) was willing to make for his Lord. We reflect and ponder what true sacrifice and submission means and how ourselves can help the poor and the needy.
Giving Qurbani means that we can help to share the joy of Eid al-Adha with those whom are in need. For this reason, our 2026 Qurbani program will provide fresh meat (sheep & cow) to our families and orphans in Kabul, Afghanistan.
