Help for Orphan Children Organization has continued its efforts to help the people of Parwan province who suffered severe devastating floods last year. Many families lost loved ones including young children and have been suffering ever since, living in extreme conditions. Due to the rising COVID-19 cases in Afghanistan, Help for Orphan Children Organization has been spreading awareness by putting informational posters all around Kabul and informing the citizens of Kabul, Afghanistan with the help of HOCO’s co-founder & organization director Dr. Abdul Wali Rawi and our talented youth volunteers.
